Biography

Raz is a member of the firm’s Hi-Tech practice.

Raz represents both early stage and mature start-ups and technology driven companies and their founders, as well as Israeli and foreign venture capital funds, angels and individual entrepreneurs.

Raz’s practice focuses on private equity financing transactions, M&A transactions, convertible loans, venture lending, commercial transactions and general ongoing corporate matters, and has vast experience representing clients in M&A transactions and in complex equity financing transactions in the Israeli high-tech industry, both on the buy-side and on the sell-side. In addition, Raz regularly advises his clients on business and other day-to-day aspects of their activities.

Prior to joining Herzog Raz was a senior associate at a top-ranked leading law firm in Israel
