Rebecca A. Cobbs earned her B.A. from Middlebury College, cum laude, with a degree in Political Science. She graduated summa cum laude and Order of the Coif from Tulane University Law School. She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.

Ms. Cobbs practices in the areas of civil litigation, professional liability defense, general liability defense, healthcare compliance, employment law, and appellate practice. Her practice focuses on defending doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in malpractice litigation. She represents clients in matters before state courts, federal courts, and administrative agencies.

Ms. Cobbs has successfully represented clients in pre-trial matters, at trial, and on appeal. While in law school, Ms. Cobbs was a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic where she was recognized with the Association of Women Attorneys Award.
