Biography

Rebecca D. Yeh is an associate at HPM&B. She concentrates her practice on defending medical malpractice cases involving hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers and networks. Rebecca is involved in all stages of pre-trial litigation, including fact investigation, case development, discovery, legal research, motion practice, and suit evaluation.

Before joining HPM&B, Rebecca defended hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice and nursing home litigation at a prominent defense firm in Chicago, Illinois.

Rebecca graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she served as a Notes Editor of the University of Illinois Law Review and on the executive board of the Women’s Law Association. Rebecca obtained her BS in Forensic and Investigative Sciences and BA in Chemistry from Indiana University – Indianapolis, with minors in biology and criminal justice. She is licensed to practice in Illinois and New York.
