Biography

Biography: Magistrate, Knox County, Court of Common Pleas, 2003. Member, National Register's Who's Who, Executives and Professionals, 2005-2006.I have been a practicing Domestic Relations Attorney for 35 years. Making the decision to terminate your marriage is a hard decision. Helping you navigate the divorce process, is what I do, with competent legal knowledge and representation. I have represented people with millions of dollars in marital assets to a minimal amount of assets. I work hard for each client to get what they are entitled to in a property division of assets and liabilities and spousal support, regardless of the amount. Custody cases are always the worst on clients, they create a roller coaster of emotions from distrust and fear of the other parent to concerns for their child's wellbeing and safety. I help parents to address their custody concerns to reach an outcome in the best interest of their child or children. Of course, it is always best if parents can resolve their custody issues by agreement, but that is not always possible for a variety of reasons. I represent individuals in numerous counties throughout central Ohio on a regular basis.

Member: Columbus (Member, Family Law Section) and Ohio State Bar Associations.
