Biography

Rebecca M. Walsh has been with The Muller Firm, LTD. since 2011 and became a partner in July 2021. She earned her undergraduate degree from the Iowa University and her law degree from IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law. Early in her career, she externed for Cook County Circuit Court Judge Jesse Reyes, an experience that gave her a strong foundation in courtroom practice and judicial decision-making. She also handled contract and commercial litigation matters before moving into family law full time. Today, Rebecca has 10 years of exclusive family law experience in Cook, DuPage, Will, and Lake Counties. She helps clients resolve issues involving parenting time and child support, negotiates settlements, and handles the division of complex marital estates. She also has experience litigating high net worth cases, including dissipation claims. Rebecca is fluent in Spanish and is committed to serving clients with clear communication and practical guidance. Outside of her casework, she remains active in community affairs and provides pro bono legal assistance each week.
