Rebecca Robertson is a trial attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Boston office in the Motor Vehicle Tort Division. Attorney Robertson is a Massachusetts native and received her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law. She represents clients in catastrophic personal injury cases, including wrongful death actions, motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle accidents, and trucking accidents.

Attorney Robertson is an experienced personal injury trial lawyer who has devoted most of her career to representing seriously injured individuals and their families and has obtained substantial compensation for those victims. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan Attorney Robertson represented plaintiffs in serious personal injury actions, premises liability actions, wrongful death actions, and pharmaceutical failure to warn actions. Attorney Robertson obtained substantial compensation for those victims and their families, including settlements of over $10,000,000.00.

Attorney Robertson is a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire bars and the Massachusetts United States District of Massachusetts-District of Massachusetts. During law school, Attorney Robertson served as a legal intern for Judge Patti B. Saris of the Federal District Court of Massachusetts.

In addition to her passion for zealously representing her injured clients and their families, Attorney Robertson enjoys designing her own handknits, hiking, and baking.
