Biography

Mr. McGovern focuses his practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters. Prior to joining Capehart, Mr. McGovern was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Rochelle Gizinkski, of the New Jersey Superior Court, Ocean County Criminal Division. During Law School, he interned for the Honorable Eric L. Frank in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States Bankruptcy Court.
