Biography

Reed Spellman counsels individuals and families in a wide range of estate planning and post-mortem planning issues, including anything from a simple will to advanced tax planning, as well as probate administration, trust administration, and estate tax filings and issues.

He has extensive experience in assisting clients with the creation and administration of trusts and guardianships to provide for minors and adults who cannot care for themselves, as well as representing clients in will contests and probate litigation.
