Biography

Mr. Perez is a proud native of Colorado. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado in Denver, where he was on the Dean's List and served as President for the Pre Law Society. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from American University in Washington D.C. While in D.C., he became a Marshall Brennan Fellow and taught Constitutional Law to senior high school students and coached a Moot Court team to compete on a National level. He served as Vice President of the Criminal Law Society, and assisted with representing clients involved with the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project.

Mr. Perez's main area of practice includes business formations an transactions, real estate acquisitions and litigation, and construction law.
