Renee is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate, Commercial Finance, Real Estate, and Physicians’ Practices groups.

Renee represents businesses, investors, medical professionals, and individuals in a broad range of corporate and real estate transactions. Her practice includes advising clients on entity formation, financing transactions, and other strategic business matters. Renee works closely with clients to develop practical legal and business solutions that support efficient transactions and advance her clients’ short- and long-term objectives. She also works with developers and nonprofit organizations in connection with projects funded through various financing sources, including state and federal programs and institutional lender financing.

Prior to joining Cohen and Wolf, Renee began her career at a firm in Hartford primarily representing lenders in commercial real estate transactions.
