Biography

Rhett J. Hubbard was born in Amarillo, Texas , on August 1, 1975, and grew up in Claude. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi from The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a B.A. with Highest Honors in 1997 and a J.D. in 2001. Mr. Hubbard was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2001, the New Mexico Bar in 2002, and the Oklahoma Bar in 2008. He is admitted to practice in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico State courts; the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas; the U.S. District of New Mexico; and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Amarillo Area Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, State Bar of New Mexico, State Bar of Oklahoma, and Texas Association of Defense Counsel (Young Lawyers Committee, 2005-2009). He served as a Director of the Amarillo Area Young Lawyers Association from 2003-2009 and is a Board Member of The West Texas-Eastern New Mexico Phi Beta Kappa Association.
