Rhoda helped set up the plan for my parents, who now are deceased. The plan was presented in a very understandable fashion, was well researched and well thought out. When I asked a question, I was given a straight-forward answer. If she did not know the answer, she told me that, researched the issue, then got back to me in a very timely manner. Also, she was so very kind to my parents and made them feel they were part of the process and not "being talked to" as with others. Read less
