Biography

Ricardo "Richard" A. Miniet is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office, specializing in the areas of insurance defense litigation, legal malpractice, personal injury protection, SIU Insurance Fraud Defense and vehicle negligence.

Mr. Miniet earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando. During law school, Mr. Miniet volunteered at the Orange County Bar Association Legal Aid Society and received the Book Award in Entertainment Law.

Upon graduation, Mr. Miniet began his legal career with the Department of Children and Families - Children's Legal Services, with the State of Florida. In his time there, he was able to try multiple cases and gain great courtroom experience.

Mr. Miniet was born and raised in Tampa, FL and is a proud graduate of Jesuit High School Tampa. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Law and Society. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Miniet worked as an Office Service Clerk at a private law firm in Tallahassee.
