Ricardo Carillo is admitted to practice law throughout Mexico (1992). He specializes in various fields of law including Real Estate, timeshare law, gaming law, state and municipal land use, and environmental law. He has been Of Counsel to Rosen Law since 2006 and has a successful track record of representing high-profile resorts, residential, and mixed-use real estate projects before local and federal authorities. With over 20 years of experience, he has advised national and international investors, developers, and operators in complex negotiations, regulatory compliance matters, and real estate developments. He is also a skilled negotiator and provides legal counsel to clients in dispute resolution matters.
