Ricardo L. Fraga concentrates on real property law. Ricardo represents real estate developers and lenders with financing transactions, including acquisition loans, refinances, mezzanine loans, construction loans, loan modifications, and loan workouts.

Ricardo is an agent for several national title insurance companies and has experience handling the resolution of complex title insurance issues.
