Ricardo Saavedra became Of Counsel to Rosen Law in 2006, providing expertise in Mexican labor, social security, and employment law, both in and out of court. Based in Mexico City, he has represented domestic and multinational corporations in Mexican labor and employment matters for more than 40 years and is widely recognized in the field.

Ricardo’s practice focuses on advising Rosen Law’s corporate clients on the structuring, negotiation, and drafting of employment contracts, standard operating procedures, policies and procedures, codes of conduct, internal work regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and out-of-court settlements, as well as conducting due diligence and implementing employer substitutions and workforce transitions in connection with mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the resort and hospitality sector. He also develops defense strategies, negotiates settlements, and defends clients in employee claims before federal and local labor authorities.
