Born and raised in Washington State, Ricco Sanchez grew up with a strong work ethic shaped by his parents— his father, a longtime metal worker for the City of Seattle, and his mother, a compassionate social worker. That foundation has guided his legal career, driving him to stand up for those facing adversity and injustice.

During law school, Ricco gained real world legal experience in support roles for an insurance company, a major defense firm, and a global tech company— exposing him to both sides of the litigation process. He graduated in 2018 and passed the bar in 2019. Today, he is licensed to practice in both Washington State and Federal courts.
