Biography

Rick Del Giudice is the managing partner of the firm. After beginning his career in public accounting (Ernst & Whinney, 1980-1983), Rick joined the firm in 1983 as a law clerk, became an associate in 1985, and was made a partner in 1992. Rick concentrates on business litigation and counseling, and has substantial experience providing legal and business counseling to clients in a vast array of industries.

Rick regularly appears in federal and state courts, and before local administrative agencies. He has extensive trial experience handling claims involving, without limitation, contracts, shareholder and partner disputes, antitrust, securities, fraud, restrictive covenants, tortious interference, construction, franchise termination, partnership disputes, employment issues, insurance, health care, real estate, legal malpractice, director and officer liability defense and intellectual property.
