Richard is an excellent litigator and trial attorney who has been handling cases under the Michigan No-Fault Act since 2013. Richard prides himself on helping his clients understand their insurance claims while also zealously advocating and protecting their legal rights. Richard has years of litigation, trial and appellate experience, successfully arguing cases in both the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and Michigan Court of Appeals, as well as at the trial level throughout Michigan. Since 2013 he has focused his practice on auto No-Fault cases, representing individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle collisions.
