EXPERIENCE

Mr. Richard Wojewoda concentrates his practice in the estate planning division where he handles matters related to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions. He is also a certified public accountant having previously worked for two international CPA firms in both audit and tax divisions. He has authored several published articles regarding tax issues and lectures frequently.

Mr. Wojewoda received his accounting degree (B.S.), his law degree (J.D.) and his master of laws (LL.M.) from Wayne State University. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army War College at Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Mr. Wojewoda has taught various levels of accounting and tax courses at both Wayne State University School of Business and Lawrence Technological University Business School. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
