Biography

I have been practicing law since 1989. I have participated in over 150 jury trials during my career. If you need an attorney who has the experience to handle your criminal or civil matter, look no further.

Holcomb & Hyde LLC was started by me and my former partner, the late John F. Holcomb. His name remains in our firm's title as a testament to the lasting legacy he created.

I love what I do. I love helping people navigate the legal system. I see the legal system up close every day, and I know what to expect. Most of my clients are not well versed in the legal system and need my help to get them through it. I spend much of my time explaining the process and the steps of the legal process that will come later.

I consider myself a fighter and a champion of my client's rights. I grew up next to a trailer park on the east side of Hamilton, and I am the son of a no-nonsense law enforcement officer. My mother and father both did their best to raise me right and thank goodness I listened to what they taught me. As a result, I cannot be bullied or pushed around by anyone. I stand up for what is right and just.

No matter what your legal problem involves there is a good chance I have handled cases in the past involving those same or similar issues.
