Biography

Richard Casey is an accomplished attorney with years of experience serving clients in personal injury cases. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts in 2001 and later earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Law School.

Mr. Casey has dedicated his practice to helping his clients obtain positive outcomes in their personal injury cases in Colorado. During that time, he has successfully tried and won multiple trials, and has settled hundreds of cases favorably for his clients. He is committed to helping his clients fight the insurance machine and works tirelessly to see that they don’t take advantage of them. Mr. Casey specializes in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and other negligence claims.

Richard is an active member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA), where he stays up-to-date on the latest legal developments and best practices in personal injury law.
