Biography

Richard DiNapoli is an Associate in Margolis Edelstein’s Labor & Employment Group, based in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Richard worked both for a New Jersey firm focused on corporate law and business counseling and for a Washington, D.C., investment management firm advising mutual funds and investment advisers.

During law school, Richard studied regulatory law at the state, federal, and local levels, constructing a pro bono comment on federal rulemaking for the Center for Biodiversity and researching state preemption under the Clean Water Act. Richard was also the Managing Editor of The Regulatory Review, promoting scholarship and discourse on regulatory law and policy. Before law school, Richard received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in History and Political Science and minoring in both Music and Latin American and Latinx Studies (LALS).
