Biography

Richard Donohue is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Hofstra University and received his Law degree from the Hofstra University School of Law. He has practiced in estate planning, administration and litigation including corporate planning and commercial litigation. He has also practiced real estate law and has practiced before the District, Supreme, Surrogate, and Family Courts of New York, in criminal, custodial and estate matters. Since early 1997, he has devoted his efforts to representing injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation Board as a highly respected New York Workers’ Compensation attorney. He joined the Firm in 1999, becoming Partner in 2004, and has continued to advocate on behalf of claimants before the Board at both the trial and appeal levels. He has spoken on Workers’ Compensation and Social Security issues before several union and professional organizations.

Mr. Donohue became Managing Partner of the law firm in 2014. He resides in Suffolk County with his wife, who is a Registered Nurse, and their handsome twin boys.
