Biography

I became a personal injury trial lawyer becuase I love helping people and I always wanted to work in a courtroom, persuading the people who were to decide my client's fate. Figuring out how an accident occurred and learning, understanding and being able to communicate the details of the injuries and medicine involved has become a passion. The process of gathering evidence then weaving it into acompelling story andtelling that story with passion is a great pleasure. I doeverything I can for my clients because that is what I hope my lawyer would do for me. This includes being brutally honest with them and advising them when they won't succeed. Too many lawyers drag their clients down a path that only ends in frustration and disappointment and they never have the heart or integrity to tell the client. That will never happen in my office. Being a creative, zealous and compassionate attorney is what I do to live my life well. I work hard for others because I want them to work hard for me. Working hard ebales meto enjoy life with the things that really matter - spending quality time with my family and friends and providing every opportunity I can for my sons. If you spend any time with me you soon learn I spend most of my free time in ice rinks - The Noll Brothers all skate on competitive ice hockey teams. These are long, most often very early hours with lots of equipment and more velcro that you can imagine. The excitement and joy experienced by my sons coupled with the tremendous effort and dedication they each give to the sport to be and remain proficient is a source of great pride. When not in the courtroom or ice rink I like to take a motorcycle ride with friends, hit the golf course or take a hike in the woods. I like to say I don't play golf. I just go out on a nice day and let the ball get in the way of my club, but I do enjoy myself. So why is all of this important on a lawyer's professional page? Because this is who I am. Whether you are a client, a prospective client or an adversary you should know who I am and what is important to me. Know your lawyer. Feel comfortable with him. This opens communications. Good and effective communication is the cornerstone to every successful relationship.
