Richard E. Palumbo, Jr. is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island.  His unique and practical background sets him apart from many of his contemporaries and has prepared him to efficiently and effectively serve the needs of his real estate, business, insurance and estate planning and probate clients.  Richard’s past experience as a Rhode Island and Massachusetts contractor, developer, insurance adjuster, business owner and residential and commercial landlord gives him the first-hand knowledge and experience you want on your side when you are being represented.  He understands your specific needs as a homeowner, landlord, investor, business person and/or insured.  He has more than likely been in your shoes.  Richard has the legal knowledge and first-hand experience to guide you through your legal situation from the simplest situation to the most complex.
