Biography

Eric is the former Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel of the Kentucky Department of Revenue. As General Counsel, Eric directly supervised all litigation involving the Department of Revenue. Along with his tax practice, Eric focuses much of his practice in bankruptcy law, representing individuals and businesses across Kentucky. Previous Employment: Member, Craig Law Office, PLLC, 2006-Present; General Counsel and Deputy Commissioner, Kentucky Department of Revenue, 2004-2006; Associate, Ackerson & Yann, PSC, 2003-2004; Associate, Greenebaum Doll & McDonald, PLLC, 2001-2003.
