Experienced attorney with strong technical and analytical abilities. Over thirty five years of steadily increasing legal accomplishments with large law firms, a Fortune 50 corporation, and the United States Government. Skilled in-house/outside legal consultant to senior management providing pro-active legal analysis focusing on the business objectives of management. Extensive experience in negotiation of complex government contract law issues, contract law and the resolution of internal/external disputes involving the Corporation, including through the use of ADR procedures and negotiations with the Government or Prime contractors. Reviewed and negotiated multi-million dollar government procurement solicitations, proposals, equitable adjustments, terminations and other related government acquisition and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) based subcontract matters. Appreciates business and financial impact of legal decisions and advice; -Mr. Busch's practice involves all aspects of government contract, commercial contracts, conflict management systems design and ADR. More specifically, his practice focuses on the formation and administration of contract relationships through the utilization of a proactive approach of addressing the objectives of the relationship, requirements for successful performance and the resolution of disputes. Mr. Busch has been a senior in-house and outside legal consultant to senior corporate and government management and has provided legal analysis that focuses on the business objective management.
