Richard focuses his litigation practice on personal injury, employment, and consumer protection. He has tried cases across Kansas and Missouri and appeared before the Kansas and Missouri Courts of Appeals and the Kansas Supreme Court. Richard graduated from Washburn University School of Law, with Dean’s Honors, and a Business & Transactional Law Certificate, with distinction. Richard received multiple academic scholarships, top-grade awards, and the National Order of Scribes Legal Writing Award. He also served as a legal writing teaching assistant. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, where he was an honor roll student every semester. Richard is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Johnson County Bar Association, Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
