Richard J. Brumbaugh is a Partner in the Phoenix office of Resnick & Louis, P.C.. Rich’s practice primarily consists of multi-party complex litigation in areas of construction law, construction defect, wrongful death, bodily injury, products liability and first party property. Rich also represents corporate clients, including construction professionals and other businesses in business transactions such as insurance procurement, real estate transactions and business formation. Rich is a hands-on lawyer and prides himself in giving personal attention to each of his clients to obtain the best results possible. Rich has shown tremendous leadership, aggressiveness and creativity in his practice areas.Rich also focuses his practice on estate planning matters including retirement planning for qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, wealth preservation and wealth transfer strategies, asset protection planning, planning for non-traditional families and estate taxation. Rich is highly experienced in the creation and administration of a wide variety of trusts including revocable living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, special needs trusts, family limited partnerships, family limited liability companies, asset protection trusts and charitable remainder trusts.
