Biography

Mr. Hebert’s practice is centered on general business and corporate law. He is also experienced in real estate and land use, construction law, employment law, government contracting, software licensing and non-profit law. Throughout his career, Mr. Hebert has served as General Counsel for two corporations at the VP and Director level, worked at two private law firms, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and General Dynamics.

Rich has extensive litigation experience in representing community associations in their myriad of sometimes difficult situations:

• Representation in covenant's enforcement disputes

• Drafting of governing documents, Rules and Regulations using existing documents and current statutes for various Associations.

• Obtaining civil judgments in Virginia and the District of Columbia based on assessment collections and contractual litigation action. Performing judgment collections in Virginia and the District of Columbia

• Representing Associations in the recovery of unpaid assessments in DC, Virginia, Federal Bankruptcy and other Courts
