Richard J Lutzel

Rick Lutzel grew up on Long Island, New York as the youngest of three kids. He attended the State University of New York at Buffalo where he played football and lacrosse while earning degrees in business and communications. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Syracuse University College of Law. After graduating from law school with honors in 1991, he began his career as a litigator, trying complex litigation cases all over the United States. Rick opened his own firm in 2001 and joined forces with Tina Broadway in 2004. While Lutzel Broadway is considered a general practice firm it focuses in the areas of real estate, estate planning, business planning and asset protection planning. In his spare time Rick coaches high school football and lacrosse at SouthLake Christian Academy in Huntersville, NC. He is active in his church and enjoys raising his three sons with his wife, Maria.
