With an extensive 25-year career focused on litigating and arbitrating complex commercial disputes, Richard J. Mooney's skills lie notably in transnational matters. Richard's professional journey commenced in San Francisco, where he honed his skills at the esteemed international law firms Heller Ehrman and Latham & Watkins. Prior to that, he served as a clerk for Judge Amalya Kearse of the U.S. Court of Appeals in New York, following the completion of his law degree with high honors from the University of Michigan and his undergraduate studies with honors at Harvard.
