Richard 'Rick' Joseph Gambriel, Jr. is an Associate at the firm's Tampa office where he primarily focuses on construction litigation.

Mr. Gambriel is a U.S. Navy veteran, who was stationed in San Diego, CA for 5 years serving as an meteorologist/oceanographer. He continued working for the Department of Defense as a program and financial analyst for Naval Undersea Warfare Center's targets and torpedoes detachment after receiving his honorable discharge, continuing in that role through law school. While in law school, Mr. Gambriel was the President of the school's Federalist Society and an active member of Law Review and the Christian Legal Society. Additionally, he holds an M.B.A and membership with the California Bar.
