Richard L Armezzani

Richard Armezzani focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. He represents individual and corporate clients in litigation at the state and federal level. Rich handles a variety of sophisticated commercial disputes, employment issues, energy and natural gas matters, and white collar criminal defense. Rich has represented health care and natural gas corporations, physicians, and public officials (elected and appointed).

Rich has a unique insight into civil and criminal federal practice gained from his experience as a law clerk and judicial intern in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. During that time, Rich worked on legal issues spanning multiple subject areas, including contractual disputes, employment discrimination, constitutional law, medical malpractice, and habeas corpus relief. Rich brings this wealth of experience to his practice and his clients at MBK.

Since 2019, Rich has been recognized by his peers as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers Magazine. While in law school at The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, he served as an Articles Editor of the Penn State Law Review and was inducted into the Woolsack Honor Society for those in the top 20% of their graduating class.
