Biography

Richard Aberle is a successful attorney with over 15 years of experience in general litigation. He is a founding partner of the firm Kaston & Aberle and specializes in commercial litigation, premises and automobile liability, matters including municipal liability, construction, labor law and insurance issues.

Richard has worked for other prestigious law firms such as Levenson Pressman, ESQS. and Eppenstein & Eppenstein, ESQS. in which he practiced securities litigation. His professional background also includes positions in the New York State Department of Law, Office of the Attorney General and Rubin Ferziger, ESQ.
