Richard M. Arnold

Rich has been practicing law in Colorado for more than 40 years. His primary areas of practice include estate planning, probate and trust administration, and construction disputes. Rich is a founding member of Arnold & Arnold, LLP.Rich has been in private practice for most of his career, with a three- and one-half-year stint as in-house counsel for a large electrical construction company from 1987 to 1990. He began solo practice in 1990 in Littleton, Colorado, merging his practice with Jean Arnold’s practice in 1994, founding Arnold & Arnold, LLP.Rich strives to provide responsive personal service to clients while maintaining ethical, highly competent legal services and a healthy work-life balance. He particularly enjoys the role of legal counselor to his clients, giving guidance and advice.Rich’s personal interests include golfing, skiing, biking, history, reading and music. He is also involved in a number of community organizations, including the Ken-Caryl Ranch Foundation, the Denver Law Club, and the Carillon Bells of Green Mountain United Methodist Church.
