Biography

Mr. Padilla graduated from the University of New Mexico Law School in 1992. Upon completion of law school, Mr. Padilla clerked at the New Mexico Court of Appeals for the Honorable Benjamin Chavez and the Honorable Richard Bosson. In 1995 Mr. Padilla began work with the insurance defense law firm of Hatch, Allen and Shepherd P.A. becoming a shareholder in 2001. Mr. Padilla separated from Hatch, Allen & Shepherd P.A. in 2006. While at Hatch, Allen & Shepherd P.A., Mr. Padilla worked primarily in the defense of personal injury and workers' compensation matters. Mr. Padilla joined the firm in 2006 and has continued to focus his work in personal injury and workers' compensation matters. Mr. Padilla became a shareholder in September of 2010.
