Biography

Richard Ray Maurer brings a unique blend of discipline, experience, and academic excellence to his role as a car accident attorney at the Morgan & Morgan Philadelphia office. After graduating from high school, Richard served in the U.S. Navy, where he developed a strong sense of duty and commitment to serving others. Those values continue to shape his legal practice today. Following his military service, he pursued his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Classical Studies, a field that sharpened his critical thinking and analytical skills.

Driven by a desire to advocate for individuals who have been wrongfully injured, Richard went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Richard is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, and his practice is dedicated to helping victims of car accidents seek the justice and compensation they deserve. Known for his calm and client-first approach, Richard takes pride in guiding clients through difficult times with professionalism, empathy, and results-focused advocacy.
