Biography

Richard’s practice focuses on Trusts and Estates, Probate Litigation, Family Law matters, Civil Litigation and Auction Law. He regularly counsels individuals with regard to estate planning and asset protection strategies and he represents executors and trustees in all aspects of estate and trust administration. Richard also assists in setting up guardianships for minors and adults. An experienced litigator he will take matters to court when necessary.

Richard has been a lecturer and panelist for Southern NH University; Rhode Island School of Design; University of New Hampshire; Notre Dame College; and American Society of Appraisers.
