Richard Wolf is a Partner in the Appellate Department at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, where he specializes in defending doctors, hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical professionals in complex matters on appeal.

With a focus on high-stakes medical malpractice litigation, Richard provides the strategic oversight and advocacy necessary to protect the interests of healthcare providers in state and federal appellate courts. Prior to joining MCB, Richard served as a Senior Appellate Court Attorney for the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department. There, he performed legal research on civil, criminal, family, and administrative law topics and analyzed legal arguments and appellate records. His earlier legal experience spanned all facets of commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defense.
