Rigoberto Patino, also know as Rigo Patino was raised in San Antonio, Texas, where he currently still resides. Rigo received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio and his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
