Biography

Rithvick received his Bachelors of Arts degrees in Economics and Sociology from Rutgers University, and his Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School. Rithvick has since been admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bar.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Rithvick practiced as an attorney at a firm with a focus on Immigration Law. He handled the firm’s business immigration practice, helping corporate clients with approvals of their petitions, working to help companies ranging from as little as 1 to as large as 5000 employees worldwide, with their immigration matters. Rithvick also was involved in the firm’s civil practice, wherein he successfully led commercial and residential closings on properties worth millions of dollars; represented abused, neglected, and abandoned minors in family court to request special considerations and benefits by the court as well as guardianship over the minors by a loved one; aided clients in resolving their landlord-tenant issues; and negotiated contract disputes on behalf of several clients.

Rithvick is a firm believer in fighting for justice for the people and is committed to zealously represent his clients to achieve the best possible outcome.

When he is not working Rithvick enjoys hiking, running, and traveling.
