Biography

Robbie Prather is an associate in the Bose McKinney & Evans Real Estate and Business Services Groups. His real estate practice focuses on sophisticated local and national commercial real estate transactions, from initial concepts and negotiations through closed deals. His corporate practice focuses on complex matters such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions, and other general corporate and contract matters for local and national companies. He has experience representing both start-up and established companies as they buy and sell property, form and sell businesses, issue private securities, and navigate through complex transactional matters.

Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Robbie worked as an associate at a local law firm, where his practice focused on real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate governance.
