Robert A. Stack

Robert A. Stack, Esq. is a licensed attorney in California and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. He is also a licensed California real estate broker. He graduated from the University of California, Davis with a bachelor of arts degree, the University of Oregon with a Master's degree in finance, and Southwestern University School of Law with a juris doctorate degree, where he received an academic achievement award and was active in Phi Alpha Delta. He drafted chapters for publication in major legal treatises with Dr. Gavin M. Erasmus. Dr. Erasmus, B. Comm., LI.B., D. Phil., is a Doctorate in Eminent Domain Law and Compensation from Oxford University, visiting research alumni of eminent domain law from Harvard Law School, and a chairman of the International Conference on Eminent Domain. Mr. Stack has tried numerous cases and has always worked in the same practice areas.
