Biography

Robert (Bob) Buchanan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the South (Sewanee) in 1989 and his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law in 1995. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995 and prior to joining Banker Lopez, was the founder and managing shareholder of the law firm of Buchanan & Buchanan, P. A.

Bob is AV rated and practices extensively and insurance Defense for motor vehicle negligence, personal injury, and child welfare. During his career, Bob has defended numerous lawsuits throughout Florida, both in state and federal court.

Before attending law school, Bob served as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army.
