Experience: Representative Matters: Serves primarily as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriters counsel in all types of public finance transactions within the state of Florida and in other states.; Serves as bond counsel for numerous Florida school districts, including five of the six largest districts in Florida, for lease purchase financing, general obligation and sales tax revenue bonds.; Represents school districts in referenda for operating levies and capital outlay financings.; Represents not-for-profit private schools, charter schools and universities in structuring capital programs.; Represents special taxing districts, community development districts, improvement districts and educational facilities benefit districts in financing public infrastructure.; Has robust experience in urban infill redevelopment projects utilizing tax increment combined with special assessments.; Has deep experience in sports infrastructure financing.; Represents banks in private placement loans to special districts and universities, colleges and other not-for-profit or governmental entities.; Has wide-ranging experience in utility financing, both as bond counsel and underwriters or disclosure counsel, for governmental and private utility systems.
