Biography

Robert Hubbard is a partner with the firm’s Tampa office. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving personal injuries, admiralty and maritime, civil rights law, class actions, hospitality industry defense, product liability, professional malpractice, trucking defense, premises liability, and wrongful death. Robert also defends first-party property insurance claims and other general liability issues.

Originally from Asheville, North Carolina, Robert attended N.C. State University where he studied political science and was an infielder for the baseball team. After three years at N.C. State, Robert transferred to Furman University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and completed his athletic eligibility with Furman’s baseball program.

Subsequently, Robert attended Stetson University College of Law where he graduated cum laude in May 2012. During law school, he was a Senior Associate for the Stetson Law Review. He also served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Magistrate Judge Thomas G. Wilson in the Middle District of Florida.
