Biography

Robert A. Carichoff is an accomplished trial attorney with more than twenty years of experience. He represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters, particularly those involved in automobile and other vehicle accidents. He also represents employees not paid to correct wages and in discrimination and wrongful termination cases. He has successfully tried numerous cases before judges and juries, and has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients. Robert serves as a State Bar of California and Sacramento County Bar Association attorney fee arbitrator. He also serves the Sacramento County Superior Court as a settlement conference attorney.
