Biography

Robert D. Cook received his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross and his law degree from The Albany Law School in 1978. A member of the New York and Ulster County Bar Associations, he has served as the Corporation Counsel for the City of Kingston and counsel to local banks and corporations. Mr. Cook has over 30 years of trial experience in both state & federal court, concentrating in municipal and insurance defense.
